How We Work: A Structured, Specialist-Driven Approach to International Trade?

At Alanovas, we approach international trade differently from many companies in the industry. Rather than assigning every task to a single person or handling multiple stages without specialization, we divide each project according to expertise. This structured approach allows us to reduce errors, improve accuracy, and give clients clearer and more reliable information before any commitment is made.

When a client contacts us with a request—for example, sourcing and shipping LED products from China to Morocco—the process begins with product expertise. The request is first assigned to a team member who understands the specific product category. Their role is to identify suitable factories, analyze technical specifications, and request detailed quotations directly from manufacturers. This includes comparing differences in quality, certifications, performance standards, and pricing between suppliers.

Once a shortlist of manufacturers is prepared and the technical discrepancies between options are clearly identified, the task moves to the next stage. The information is then assigned to a team member responsible for logistics, pricing, and regulatory analysis. This specialist focuses on shipping options, freight costs, timelines, and applicable import taxes and regulations in the destination country. They also verify whether the product requires special certificates, testing reports, or conformity approvals to enter the market legally.

After this analysis is completed, all relevant details are compiled into a clear and transparent summary for the client. This includes product options, pricing differences, shipping costs, estimated taxes, required documentation, and any regulatory considerations. Only once the client reviews this information and confirms their intention to proceed does the operational phase begin.

At this point, we move into verification and execution. A technician or inspection agent is assigned to coordinate with the selected manufacturer. Their role is to verify production details, confirm that the correct documentation and certificates are in place, and ensure that the agreed specifications are being followed. Pricing and payment terms are finalized, deposits are arranged, and production is monitored.

When the goods are ready—or at key stages during production—our agent conducts inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Once approved, the products are transferred to the appropriate warehouse or logistics channel and prepared for shipment according to the client’s chosen terms. Throughout this process, coordination continues between sourcing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

This division of responsibility is what sets our work apart. Instead of relying on general handling or assumptions, we assign each stage to professionals with the right expertise. This reduces risk, improves transparency, and gives clients confidence at every step of the process.

At Alanovas, we believe that international trade should be managed with clarity, specialization, and accountability. By structuring our work this way, we help our clients avoid common mistakes and move their goods across borders with greater security and predictability.
